Now that the warm summer months are here and our community population will grow for many months, we ask you to please be good stewards of our roads and water resources.

Please follow all speed limit signs and use great caution while driving in our community. It is young driver time, so always stay vigilant for the young drivers on ATV's, motorcycles, UTV's and other recreational vehicles! Parents, please stress the laws to your children, and hold them accountable.  We do not want to see any injuries or loss of life!

As you may know, we are facing a SIGNIFICANT drought, and water is a very precious commodity!  Please water lawns ONLY IN THE EARLY MORNING OR LATE AFTERNOON, AND ONLY FOR SHORT TIME PERIODS.  We DO NOT have an unrestricted amount of water to use, contrary to popular belief.  Our well system is in overall decent shape right now, help us keep it that way.  Report any water leaks, broken pipes, or other issues that affect our water supply and provision.
